We are looking for an Order Processing Associate to work closely with all Account Managers, Inside Sales Reps, International Dealers, Subscription agents, and end-user customers on a daily basis, in both domestic and international markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Location: One-North
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Work Type: Full Time
JOB SCOPES:
- Processes new / renewal online orders. This includes invoicing, granting access and sending confirmation to the customer.
- Processes new / renewal print subscription orders.
- Processes IP Amendments
- Processes Trial Requests
- Maintains certain department procedures that are posted on our Oracle Service Cloud knowledge base
- Fulfills monthly / yearly individual metric that has been set by the manager
- Work on projects and other duties as assigned
- Conducts monthly Quality Assurance audits for team members
- Meet or exceed monthly / yearly individual metrics as well as meet or exceed department metrics that have been set by the manager
- Ensures in house department procedures are up to standards
- Serves as primary tester for new integrations and/or software
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of order processing experience in publishing or a technology-based field.
