Responsibilities:
- Support related company requirements for Power Transmission products.
- Follow up quotations to customer, with view to converting to sales.
- Negotiation with suppliers to support relevant pricing structures.
- Pricing analysis (between supplier and customer).
- Inventory management, review head office stock levels with duties to do fulfill stock replenishment orders to supplier.
- Liaison with logistic companies, on packaging standards, shipments, freight costs analysis.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities by management.
Requirements:
- At least Degree in Electronics/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in customer service
- Handle and have shipping knowledge on Malaysia Import and Singapore export.
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Must be willing to work in Tuas
