Responsibilities:
- All types of data entries-purchasing, order processing
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare quotation to customer
- Reconcile collection against sales
- Generate weekly and monthly report
- Assist in Director & Staff ticketing
- Receptionist task
- Add on duties when necessary
Requirements:
- "N" level or above, entry level position
- Competent in Ms Office application especially in Excel
- Ability to communicate well, work independently and good in stress management
- Multi tasker
- Team player
- Pleasant personality
