You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of Finance related functions of our organisation, such as Payroll, Costing, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
- Monitoring and analysis of monthly reporting results
- Preparation of quarterly GST submissions and annual corporate income tax filings with IRAS.
- Monitoring of company's treasury arrangements, cash flow position and prepare cash management plan.
- Identifying process improvements and enhancements in internal controls and data automation.
- Property assets management.
- Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by Management.
- Submit Claims to insurers.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong IFRS acumen and understanding of financial & tax reporting.
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data.
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
- Ability to multi-task work and adhere to datelines.
- Independent yet a collaborator, meticulous and hands-on with demonstrated maturity.
