Reporting to the Assistant General Manager (Centre Management & Retail Leasing), you will assist to develop leasing strategies and review tenant mix to maximise mall revenue and occupancy of KINEX. Your duties include securing new tenancies, managing lease renewals, liaising with agents, cold calling, handling leasing enquiries, conducting viewings, facilitating handover/takeover and resolving tenancy matters, if any. Aside from these, you will build and maintain good relationships with tenants which will entail being familiar with tenants’ sales performance with the aim of assist tenants improve sales and ensuring timely rent collections. To stay updated on latest market trends, you will conduct market research and support management decisions via monthly management reports, budget and rental forecast.
Requirements
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a retail mall
- Possess good attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
- Good communications and negotiation skills
- Able to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Responsible and meticulous with ability to work in a team as well as independently
