Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions
· Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
· Other adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements
· Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
· Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
· Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
. Able to start work ASAP will be an advantage
