Job Description:
- Carry out import and export activities which include but not limited to preparation and issuance of shipping documentations, logistics coordination and arrangement as well as carry out necessary follow-up.
- Perform order processing and analysis in accordance with company’s internal rules on shipment planning and inventory control.
- Support customers in terms of providing information related to products availability, shipment schedule, price and other sales processing information.
- Create sales orders, outbound delivery, shipment and invoices in SAP. Check and ensure there are no tax errors and other sales orders errors such as incorrect price, products, etc.
- Receive and register customer complaints and forward them to the relevant departments.
- Ensure SAP is up to date with the latest order information such as shipping, arrival dates, etc., which can be monitored through reports generated by SAP.
- Timely process and check the department expenses related to logistics service providers such as couriers, dispatchers, terminals, transport companies, etc.
- Provide necessary logistical support such as receipt of material and service notes, entry of SAP stock and submission of invoices to the finance department.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and identify potential improvement in processes and activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of work processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in preparing full set of export shipping documents.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in handling LC shipments.
- Proficient in SAP (SD module) and Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous and responsible, take initiative and has positive attitude.
