KEY RESULT AREAS:
· Ensure alignment and coherence of various AI initiatives across the government to NAIS 2.0’s desired outcomes.
· Monitor and assess the implications of geostrategic, economic, technological, and industry developments in AI on NAIS 2.0.
· Develop possible strategic responses for Singapore to these abovementioned trends and developments in AI.
· Contribute to overall strategic policymaking at MCI, given the cross-cutting nature of AI.
· Work across government agencies and other entities to acquire and allocate necessary resources (e.g. finance, manpower, collaborations) to support the NAIS 2.0 agenda.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Advanced degree in public policy, law, computer science, engineering, humanities, mathematics, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of AI technologies, their economic impact, societal implications, and interest in the global regulatory landscape.
· Analytical mindset and attention to detail for policy research and development.
· Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
