Job Summary
· Candidate will assist with Contract management, write email to follow up with vendors.
· Candidate should have some accounting background in terms of AR/AP and financial budgeting
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to Authority’s ICT projects and operations including but not limited to finance related activities such as raising of Cash Journal, Sales Order, Invoice processing, Procurement related documents.
· Support the operation of this master contract and purchase orders (e.g. maintain and track contract / purchase order expiry date / termination).
· Maintain the manpower resource requests / capability training process and ensure compliance to the process.
· Provide operation support for manpower resource requests, interview sessions and performance appraiser etc.
· Conduct preliminary check of the documentation (e.g. CVs, invoices and support documents)
· Review monthly progress reports and supporting documents submitted by Contractors.
· Track Utilisation of master contract and purchase orders and alert contract owner / relevant officer.
· Keep complete records of manpower resource / capability training requests.
· Handle security clearance for the candidates
What we are looking for
· Past track records in administrative work, administer contract / human resource or similar job scope.
· Knowledge of the Authority’s processes will be an added advantage.
