Responsibilities:
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Arrange transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle special requests such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and events.
- Keep accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk or similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
