Job Description:
· Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
· Any ad-hoc duties and support when necessary
· Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
· Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing of simple letter etc
· Handling of mails and phone calls
· Other general administrative works
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"N" Level
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
· Positive attitude, team player, committed, responsible.
· Able to work as a team.
· Able to commerce work ASAP.
