Jobs Responsibilities
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, group companies
- Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
- Advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling
- Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
- Compile monthly/quarterly statistics
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior
Job Requirements
- Prior insurance claims experience preferred
- Possess GI certifications
