● Greeting customers who enter the shop and assist with customer needs and enquiries
● Responsible for attending to all customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge
● Provide excellent customer service
● Involve in cashiering duties
● Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
● Replenishing stocks and assisting to display on rack
● Ensure sufficient stock levels and Assist in stock-take
● Do basic housekeeping and other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
● Motivated. Independent
● Good communication and selling skills
● Preferably with some retail sales experience or related in Hardware & Machinery Industry
● 5.5-days work week
