We are now looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team during our exciting expansion phase with the opening of our second outlet at Link@AMK to promote the company’s brand, products and services. You will be expected to create marketing and social media campaigns, managing the company’s social media accounts, as well as all aspects of a company’s marketing direction and operations to drive our brand’s online presence and reputation.
Job requirements:
- Plan, create, and execute relevant and versatile content including graphics, reels, stories, to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Grow the company’s online presence and have a conversion strategy in place
- Expertise in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and technology
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, or live streams.
- Design, build, manage and maintain our social media accounts. – Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, XiaoHongShu, Douyin, Linkedin etc.
- Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with various advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Ability to work independently and proactively to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Key Responsibilities:
· Working closely with the management team to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives
· Manage the company’s social media accounts & interactions with followers, including managing clients’ feedback and highlighting concerns to stakeholders.
· Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and graphics for our social media platforms.
· Support marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media.
Qualifying Criteria:
· Bachelor's Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or any related fields.
· Minimum 3years of experience in digital marketing, content creation and copywriting, or social media management
· Knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite).
· Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Proficient in using Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and knowledge of using various video equipments to maximize content quality
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to maximize social media outreach across all channels
