Job Description:
Worldwide leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) items.
This job position requires you to prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers. Able to manage high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers as well as to process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer’s enquiries
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage
