Position : Retail Supervisor / Assistant Retail Supervisor
- 5 Days/Week Rostered [ 10.30am to 10pm ]
- Salary : $2,400 - $2,700

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Required to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Train the Retail Assistants on the skills and knowledge required for the job.
- Supervise the Retail Assistants in ensuring that the expected standards of performance are maintained.
- Brief the Retail Assistants on the store’s rules and regulations and work procedures.
- Assume the duties of Retail Assistants when the need arises such as housekeeping, labeling, etc.
- Attend to walk in customers on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed
- Provide customers with professional and product recommendations
- Ensure products are well merchandised, price labels are put up in accordance with company guidelines, display units and areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Monitor, analyze and keeping the Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager informed on the sales performance of the department and other different departments.
- Handle the administrative functions of the department such as processing of purchases orders stock receipt report etc.
- Assist Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager in conducting effectively daily morning briefing
- Assist in stock-taking exercise
- Assist in any other duties as and when assigned by the Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager.
