Job Purpose
As a Junior Office Administrator, you will coordinate office activities and operations while providing administrative support to various teams. This role involves assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. The Junior Office Administrator exhibits proactive work habits, strong interest, and engagement in all assigned tasks. Quick to learn and adapt, this role provides valuable experience and opportunities for professional growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the general cleanliness and housekeeping of the office.
- Responsible for managing the dishwasher and keeping refrigerator contents fresh.
- Conduct regular pantry inventory checks and replenish pantry supplies as necessary.
- Organizing refreshments/lunches and serving beverages for meetings.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and orderly after use, including wiping down surfaces.
- Assist in deliveries and collections as required throughout the day.
- Assist in office administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and binding etc.
- Maintains and procure office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and pack materials for various projects.
- Assist with general office and project administration duties and arranging couriers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
