Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: S$ 3500.00 – S$ 4000.00
Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week

About the Role
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to manage the business, people and strive for excellence in every detail of the operations. You must be someone who love to interact with guests, a sharp eye in identifying the service gaps and improvements and a strong passion for F&B.
Job Duties:
1. Familiar the whole floor operation. Able to carry out the role of every floor position. (Host, server, cashier and others)
2. Display Leadership to create a motivated working environment for the team.
3. Bring the best dining experience to the guests while coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
4. Project and set monthly KPI
5. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues.
6. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
7. Organize and supervise shifts
8. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
9. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations according to government regulations.
10. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
11. Generate reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
12. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
13. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
14. Lead in implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Job requirements
1. At least 2 years in a supervisor/managerial position in F&B industry
2. Motivated (Leadership), result-oriented(result-driven) and a fast learner
3. Good organizational and planning abilities
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills
