Play a key and active role in the Ops Team to provide support to the daily operations of the nursing home.
1. Answering to enquiries and NOK's call
2. Scheduling and coordinating of Visitations and ad hoc events
3. In-charge of the general store maintaining inventory and control issuance of store item
4. Placing order with suppliers and managing inventories recieved and distribution of inventories
5. Keeping track and carry out weekly replenishment of residents's consumables
6. Perform admin support role to provide administrative assistance to the nursing home
7. Take lead in organising ad hoc events for residents and staff e.g. birthday and festive celebration
8. Maintainning suppliers and contractor's list
