Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
We require strong experience in core banking and/or private wealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. In-depth T24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the following T24 modules is a must:
- AA Loans
- AA Deposits
- Payments (TPH)
- Treasury Modules (including specifics like MM, FX,Swaps, Derivatives and Structured Products)
- Securities and Corporate Actions
- Financial Accounting
- Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
- Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs FSDs) for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
- Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
- Define and validate customization needs for Temenos products based on agreed-upon business definitions.
- Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
- Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
- Provide end-user training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
- Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or with a specialization in Private Banking.
- In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Derivatives, Structured Products, Securities, Corporate Actions).
- Experience with Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, and SWIFTs (advantageous).
- Strong understanding and ability to leverage the Temenos Implementation Methodology.
- Proven track record in delivering successful T24 Core Banking implementations.
