Duties and Responsibilities:
- Washing and cutting of vegetables, fruits and meat.
- Steaming, boiling, frying, deep-frying (etc.) of food ingredients.
- Learn to cook ramen.
- Wiping of countertops and surfaces.
- Preparation of customers’ orders.
- Rotate and date stock to ensure proper quality is maintained.
- Ordering food ingredients from suppliers.
- Maintaining inventory list, and stock management.
- Washing of kitchen equipment.
- Follow up on SOP.
- Cooking of staff meal.
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and maintain good personal hygiene to adhere to company’s image.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.
Requirements:
- Fresh Grad are welcome as training will be provided.
- Candidates must possess at least N / O Level or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- No experience also welcome as training will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable.
- Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Pleasant personality.
