Responsibilities:
- Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify issues with vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified time frames.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, provide repair estimates, and offer maintenance advice.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Keep abreast of the latest automotive technologies, tools, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in technical discipline. Certification from a recognized automotive training program is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently and effectively.
