Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to:
1) Handle full spectrum of Account Payable
2) Liaise with business units and trading representatives for profit sharing
3) Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries for month-end and year-end reporting
4) Maintain and reconcile accrual and prepayment schedule
5) Liaise with auditor and tax agents for audit and corporate tax matter
6) Keep abreast with the latest GST and corporate tax rules
7) Assist in project and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Banking and Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages to liaise with out chinese counterparts
- MS Office Skills: Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure
