We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible and highly motivated Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, especially in the treasury and cash management, ensuring the efficiency of our financial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Management: Oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate cash balances are maintained for transactions with suppliers.
  • Invoice Verification: Diligently check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Bank Record Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of all banking activities, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and reconciled.
  • Payment Processing: Timely and efficiently manage payment requests to suppliers.
  • Customer Deposit Management: Timely check and recognize deposits from customers, maintaining accurate records and processing as required.
  • Month-End Closing Preparation: Assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial reports are prepared and presented to management and auditors in a timely manner.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budget planning and forecasting process, and assist in monthly department budget review.


Requirements:

  • Location: Based in Singapore
  • Professional qualification or experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO) and a basic understanding of AI applications in finance
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese with good written and verbal communication skills to work with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting field
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong collaborator - with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fast learner with a willingness to stay abreast of the latest AI and automation technologies and practices
  • Analytical and problem solver – able to tackle a problem by logically break it down
  • Responsible, meticulous and analytical
