We are seeking a motivated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial
role in developing operational excellence in HR, from performance management and
compensation & benefits to payroll processing and employee relations, and get to partner
with key stakeholders across the organization.
You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including:
● Onboarding and Exit process: Develop and manage talent through effective
onboarding and feedback mechanisms. Facilitate smooth exits for departing
employees through effective processes and support programs.
● Payroll & Reimbursements: Oversee accurate payroll processing, manage
reimbursements, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
● Performance Management & Compensation: Assist with performance
management programs, compensation plans, and benefits administration.
● Talent Management: Develop and manage communication plans for performance
reviews and employee benefits. Analyze feedback on HR programs and recommend
improvements.
● HR Compliance: Stay updated on and implement prevailing labour laws and
regulations. Advise line managers on employment contracts and support employees
with benefits and claims.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities,
generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
● HR Business Partnering: Support department heads through the employee life
cycle from onboarding, deployment, development, and off-boarding, and offer
professional advice on HR policies, initiatives, and processes as well as employee
well-being support.
You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:
● A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant
experience.
● Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
● Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
● Highly organized, analytical, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
● The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
