Responsibilities:
- Handle comprehensive Retail Accounts Receivables, including updating daily sales reports, managing cash books, credit card collections, voucher reimbursements, receipt vouchers, monthly sales reports to landlords, and month-end AR closing journals.
- Oversee full Account Payable operations for shipments, including matching invoices to POs, data entry, payment vouchers, and supplier reconciliations.
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and stock take reconciliations, and verify inventory.
- Support inventory counts in the warehouse and assist with company events as needed.
- Assist with year-end audits, filing, and administrative tasks.
Job requirement:
- Min. Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Min.1 year of exp in AP/AR
