Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments in data consolidation, provide monthly closing reports for business operations.
- Maintain regular communication with the Japanese headquarters to ensure strategic alignment, especially concerning export controls.
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration among export control team members to maintain high standards of compliance.
- Provides administrative assistance for business operations including system operation, paperwork filing, data entry & etc.
- Recommends and implements new or revised operational/administrative procedures to enhance existing operational procedures
- Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Highly proficient in the Japanese language in order to communicate and negotiate effectively with Japan HQ and other Japan-based stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A collaborative team member who values building relationships across different cultures.
- Independent with strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Experience or knowledge in export control regulations and practices is highly valued.
