- Review sustainability reports and manage programs to improve ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance.
- Track and calculate carbon emissions, update ESG dashboards, and ensure monthly data submissions are accurate.
- Plan and execute ESG-related events, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
- Develop and enforce ESG policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Keep the company website and social media updated with ESG-related information.
- Prepare reports on ESG activities and align with BURSA and SDG standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Report compliance issues and updates to the Head of Department.
- Keep up with industry trends and regulatory changes in risk management.
- Develop and execute training programs on risk awareness.
- Update and maintain the risk assessment database and ensure compliance documentation is current.
