Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and resources for improved recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Welcome Fresh Graduate/ Experienced recruiter.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
