- Collaborate with product owners, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand customer needs and translate them into work packages.
- Participate in technical development projects, specifically focusing on customer analytics in the area of assisted living and nutrition using language models, knowledge bases and other AI standard tools.
- Create innovative technical concepts, integrating IoT technology into consumer-facing businesses.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions, following a user-centered approach and rapidly testing and iterating implemented solutions.
- Support team members in their daily tasks and conduct basic data gathering experiments.
