Job Summary

As an Adult Training Facilitator at Overpowered, you will be responsible for the execution of training programs for various organisations. You will work closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure training programs are effectively delivered, meeting both the training objectives and desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute training programs for organisations in alignment with the established curriculum
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to tailor training sessions to specific organisational needs
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using various instructional techniques
• Assess the training needs of participants and adjust the delivery methods accordingly
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Talent Development, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in training facilitation or adult education
• Proficiency in using training software and tools. (e.g. Google Slides, MiroBoards, G.Meets / Zoom for online training delivery)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience in delivering training programs in a corporate or organisational setting, with a proven track record
• Certification in Training and Development (e.g. CPTD / ACLP)
• Certifications in trending training topics such as coaching (e.g., ICF certification), StrengthsFinder, Enneagram, DiSC, personal branding, etc
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training methods

Working Conditions

• No fixed working hours, based on project requirements
• Travel to client locations for on-site training sessions is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods during training sessions. (e.g. 1-day programs)
• Trainers are expected to own their own laptops and use them to run training programs and project training slides. All other workshop logistics such as the slide deck, handouts, and activity collaterals will be provided
