Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
- Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, siness, marketing)
- Solid years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using data to inform decision making
- Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
