Position: Laboratory Support Personnel
Location: Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road), 60 Barker Road, Singapore 309919
Contract Duration: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 (with an option to extend for an additional year)
Work Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 4:15 PM (including 45-minute lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (including 45-minute lunch break)
- No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Assist in maintaining the science laboratories, ensuring they are well-organized and functional.
- Prepare experimental setups for laboratory work as required by the Science Department.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping within the science laboratories.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or School STEM Instructors.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum qualification: GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience).
- At least 4 years of working experience in a secondary school chemistry lab.
- Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to carry out routine tasks in a non-air-conditioned environment.
