- Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 30 Nov 2025
- Option to Extend: From 1 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (optional, at the School's discretion)
Personnel Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:45am to 11:45am
- Service not required: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch, and attend to unwell pupils.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
- Prepare and verify documents over the counter.
- Assist in checking and informing parents about student application forms.
- Maintain the school's telephone listing.
- Follow up on the collection of Singapore Graduation Certificates for graduated students.
- Compile daily staff attendance and monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Admin Managers.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- At least 3 years of experience in administration/customer service
- Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
- Experience managing secondary school students is preferred
- Experience in an educational institution is an advantage
