Location: Gongshang Primary School, 1 Tampines St 42, Singapore 529176
Contract Period:
- Initial Term: From 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025.
- Option to Extend: The Authority may extend the contract for an additional year, from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, at their discretion.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (½ hour lunch break)
- Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Scope of Services:
- Reception Duties: Manage frontline reception counter operations.
- Document Handling: Prepare, verify, and maintain documents.
- Data Management: Update and maintain data records.
- Statistics Management: Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle filing and other general administrative duties.
- Lost and Found: Maintain lost and found records and manage the tallying of accounts.
- First Aid: Provide basic first aid assistance to students.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum GCE “O” Level.
- Additional Training: Preferably first aid trained.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Customer service experience and prior experience in a Primary School setting are preferred.
