Job Description:
Our Client is a Japanese Semiconductor Company. They are looking for a Customer Engineering Assistant Administrator to join their ever expanding team! This role will be reporting to Senior Customer Engineering Assistant Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Service schedule coordination
• Service quotation / PO / Service Report update
• Maintenance and tracking of machinery record
• Machinery tool calibration schedule coordination
• ISO documentation control
• Tracker role for company protocol activities
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks where assigned
• Service billing to customer support
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with 2 Years of experience in Administration or similar fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Highly adaptable to fast paced working environment and a good team player
