Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the system enhancements and fixes;
- Track and monitor internal and external stakeholders’ requests on system enhancements and fixes;
- Manage internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries and feedback on the system; and
- Collate and prepare data for analysis.
Requirements
- A diploma/degree in any discipline
- Experience in IT system management, data processing and database management will be an added advantageStrong administrative skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
