Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Oversee general office operations including office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organised work environment
- Organising of company events
- Attend to incoming visitors/guests
- Documenting meeting minutes
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Prepare and edit documents, Sales reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Salary:
- Up to $2,500
Working hours:
- Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm
Location:
- Thomson / Raffles place
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Possess at least N Level or higher qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
