Objectives of the position:
Lead Digital Marketing Strategy & Governance by driving a consistent global strategy for digital marketing and enablement. Lead digital product ownership and oversee the global rollout for websites, landing pages, forms, and portals.
Main Tasks:
- Establish uniform global strategy for digital marketing and enablement using Marketing Cloud and Content Management system (CMS).
- Implement marketing automation, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and website development. Oversee Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) implementation and ensure brand compliance across all platforms.
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends to foster a continuous improvement mindset and meet the needs of our business and customers.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owner supporting digital marketing process improvement.
- Define KPIs and ensure digital marketing solutions align with business objectives.
- Lead the development and implement digital marketing solutions and tools to enable these business processes.
- Manage roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and priorities and issues resolution for both Marketing Cloud and CMS (public websites) tools and platforms.
- Oversee the global rollout of CMS for websites, landing pages, forms, and portals.
- Continue the expansion of Marketing Cloud into new countries and increase capabilities of the solution.
- Lead a team of developers, designers, and other project stakeholders. Ensure data integration with portals and proper tagging for marketing campaign tracking.
- Communicate project status and deliverables to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, regional and country implementation teams, and technical teams to ensure business value.
- Collaborate with other product and process owners and stakeholders to ensure integration and maximize value across digital products.
- Support seamless integration of digital products for unified user experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in agriculture/ business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects across regions
- Experience in project management / agile project management is a plus
- Hands-on experience in sales or marketing in a country operational setup is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in creating targeted communications, measures and activities
- Demonstrated ability to transform complexity into actionable plans and deliver project in line with stakeholder expectations
- Effective change management as a pioneering influencer and strong change agent
