Fu Yu Corporation Ltd is looking for an independent and high motivated Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join the Additive Manufacturing Team in Singapore.
Successful candidate is expected to contribute to research & development activities for new product development and production scale up of 3D printed products where he/she will be carrying out the following work scopes but not limited to:
- Design, prototype and validation of product designs
- Review functional and printability of 3D models based on necessary specifications and requirements for each project.
- Carry out operations on selected 3D printing machines for new product development which includes material printability, process optimization and post processing
- Identify new opportunities for adopting 3D printing technologies in existing manufacturing process.
- Documentation of work procedures and data according to ISO standards requirements
- Maintain and upkeep of AM lab according to HSE standards and is responsible for equipment scheduling and maintenance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Engineering, Industrial Design or any relevant discipline
- Exceptionally motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the additive manufacturing field
- Experience in additive manufacturing technologies
- Strong teamwork and ability to manage cross-functional and divisional relationships
- Knowledge in Product Design & Development will be advantageous
- Familiar with CAD (computer aided design) software will be advantageous
- Experience with machining manufacturing environment will be advantageous
