LOCATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
- Develop marketing and promotion plans for retail banking products and services, including CASA, credit card, deposits, etc.
- Responsible for marketing communications across all publicity channels such as mainstream media, social media, online banking, etc.
- Manage retail banking marketing budget
- Work closely with stakeholders including product managers on strategic marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market monitoring on competitor banks' promotions and strategize on tactical marketing campaigns with product managers.
- Manage content for mainstream and digital channels as well as to prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and perform post-campaign analysis.
- Organise and execute client and networking events (in-person and/or digital platform)
- Manage suppliers and assist with the creative design, preparation, print, installation and upload of marketing collaterals such as branch TV screen digital posters, brochures, posters, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing with at least 10 years of retail banking marketing experience.
- Knowledge in various retail and wealth products including credit cards, CASA and deposits.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
