Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join us. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the group, providing HR expertise and guidance, and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic HR partner in the group, providing expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the goals, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
· Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the team, including senior leaders and managers, to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
· Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
· Talent Development: Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees within the Group.
· Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, providing coaching and support to managers in conducting evaluations and addressing performance issues.
· Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives within the Group, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
· HR Policy and Best Practices: Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented across the Group.
· Global HR Coordination: Coordinate HR activities and initiatives for teams globally, including in Singapore, China, the US, and EMEA, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate HR strategies.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, mitigating HR-related risks and maintaining a safe and ethical work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of HRBP experience in the investment industry or banking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate and confident.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
