Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to drive the successful implementation of the Endpoint DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, set strategic goals, and manage the project scope to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize issues during implementation.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Make data-driven recommendations to adjust project plans and strategies based on project needs and developments.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure that the Endpoint DLP implementation aligns with the organization’s broader cybersecurity and business goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between the Security Operations Team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the DLP solution.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and make improvements to optimize processes and outcomes.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in Project Management for cybersecurity projects; specific experience with DLP solutions is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in guiding projects from inception to completion.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make independent decisions to drive project success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to convey technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining a focus on achieving project goals.
