Job Description
The scope & responsibility of the Admin Assistant (Technical Sales) is to assist the Technical Sales Team with daily sales general administration activities.
She / He is to provide technical support to the sales team on engineering calculation, build schematic using in-house software for tenders.
Update monthly sales database and able to provide support to the Technical Sales Executive (Housing Division) as ERP-user.
Assist in the printing of tender documents and drawings for submission.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements
Candidate processes either 'N' level, "O' level or 'ITE" with any engineering fields.
Basic knowledge of Autocad software is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Office application software such as Microsoft Office or WPS Office
A team player, hardworking with positive attitude.
