Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate the required documentation for the advancement of new products in accordance with the new product development cycle
- Perform market research on consumer trends and new product opportunities
- Develop and execute plans for sensory evaluation on product samples, and deliver comprehensive analyses, conclusions, and recommendations based on the results
- Prepare and execute shelf life testing for new product samples, and furnish comprehensive analysis outcomes and conclusions
- Assist in the preparation of product samples
