Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prepare Tender/ Quotation for submission, attend tender interviews and all other follow-up actions as required.
- Achieve sales target.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for tender bidding / quotations.
- Manage sales activities, including but not limited to sales presentation, attend site survey / show round and contract negotiation.
- Provide timely reports and status updates on projects.
Job Requirements
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (verbal/ written)
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management and openness to feedback
- Sound business acumen.
- Excellent team player
- Positive attitude and a desire to promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Able to commence with short notice.
