- Capturing minutes of the meeting and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
- Manage invoices, and monitor budget and control in consultation with project manager as required
- Assist project manager with onboarding of vendor contracts and managing of contracts, resources
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders
- Prepare reports for stakeholders
- Track tasks and action items and follow up with task owner
- Support project manager in Project Management activities
