Position Summary:
Data Collection & Processing:
- Assist Research Specialist in gathering, cleaning, and processing data.
Data Management:
- Assist Research Specialist in organizing and maintaining data files and databases.
Support Research Functions:
- Assist Research Specialist in implementing research protocols, preparing reports, as well as other relevant supportive functions.
Expected hours of work per week:
15 hours
What We Are Looking For:
- A diploma or degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Social Sciences or related fields, with experience in data processing (e.g. using Excel formulas), and database management.
- Perform basic literature reviews, administer simple surveys, and transcribe recorded interviews.
- Able to use MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at intermediate level.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess good interpersonal, communication, time-management and organisational skills.
- Any experience with quantitative or qualitative analysis, as well as experience working with children will be an advantage.
