We are looking for a Global/Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts (global market, especially for Europe/India/Korea/Japan regions) of our company.
Job Responsibilities
-Develop markets and channels, identify and qualify potential customers;
-Customer management, developing and maintaining customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers;
-Take responsibility for understanding customers’ demands and requirements;
-Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives;
-Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth;
Job Requirements and skills
-Experience as Sales/BD/FAE in the Semiconductor industry, and experience in the Ethernet communication field is preferred;
-Fluent spoken & written English;
-Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator;
-Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude;
-Bachelor or above education background in Electronics, Communications, or related majors;
-Willing to travel frequently;
