Kerry Consulting is working with a Singapore Headquartered Energy & Infrastructure Company. As part of their growth, they are looking to grow the compliance function and is keen to bring onboard a Compliance Officer. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for all Compliance matters of the organization.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the legal & compliance function, you will be responsible for monitoring any new regulatory developments and ensure that the business is kept abreast of these changes. You will take ownership of developing and implementing compliance policies in relation to AML, KYC, sanctions and data privacy. On a day to day basis, you will provide advice to the business in relation to counterparties, KYC checks on counterparties as well as vessels. You will also conduct regular compliance training to ensure a compliance culture is well maintained within the organization.
Requirements
You should have at least 6-8 years of working experience in the ethics and compliance space working in a regulated environment. Candidates with sound knowledge in AML and regulatory compliance is preferred.
